We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made to order, we can only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are printed on demand and intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected during ordering
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, please contact us and we will assist you.
Shipping Returns
If a return is required, we will provide instructions for the return process. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
