Shipping Policy
At Trucker Bob Says, we want to get your gear to you as fast as possible so you can hit the road. Because our items are custom-printed just for you, please review our shipping timelines below.
1. Shipping Cost
USA: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all merchandise sitewide. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
International: We currently only ship within the United States.
2. Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-off Time
Our goal is to ensure your order is processed and delivered efficiently.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Handling Time (Production): All items are made-to-order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your items to be printed and packed.
Transit Time (Shipping): Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days.
3. Delivery Terms
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver our parcels. While we do our best to meet these estimates, please note that “Trucker Life” sometimes involves weather or carrier delays beyond our control.
4. Tracking Your Load
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your gear from our shop to your door.
5. Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change the place where your order will be delivered, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at admin@truckerbobsays.com .
6. Damaged Packages in Transit
If you find a package is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the package from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact us for next steps.
